If you'd like to ask me a question (or just say hello) I'd love to hear from you!  Sometimes I'm able to reply within the hour, but sometimes, the wait time is around 24 hours. 

 

Why the delay?  I don't rely on an assistant to answer my email and personally respond to all inquires myself.  And since I'm a busy coach (and someone who values rest and play) I'm not always immediately available.
